Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of work products transfers to the client upon full payment. The content, branding and design of this website remain the property of Scopal.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
